Product and Partner Implementation Manager | Relevate Health
WHO WE ARE
At Relevate Health, we believe every HCP communication should be genuinely relevant, and we've built a company of exceptional people around that purpose. We're healthcare marketing experts who push ourselves every day to deliver life-changing engagement, and our work is growing fast, especially in point-of-care solutions that put the right message in front of clinicians at the right moment in their workflow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Point of Care (POC) product portfolio has grown exponentially, and we're adding new partners and new products at a pace that calls for someone who can build the machine behind the momentum. As our Product and Partner Implementation Manager, you'll take new and evolving POC-enabled healthcare advertising products, including EHR offerings, and turn them into fully operational, compliant, and scalable solutions that our teams can confidently sell, execute, and support.
You'll sit at the center of a cross-functional network spanning Product, Technology, Marketing Operations, Delivery, Analytics, Sales, Client Service, and external vendor partners. You'll define the workflows, document the specs, run the pilots, and write the playbook for how Relevate Health onboards every new partner and product from here on out. You won't own contracts or system builds. You'll own clarity: who does what, when, and how, so launches go smoothly and teams hand off with confidence. This is a role for someone who is energized by ambiguity and can drive alignment without direct authority.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the end-to-end operationalization of POC products and partners, from concept through launch
- Manage pilot projects and lead cross-functional teams to develop SOPs, tech specs, vendor and client spec documents, Workfront templates, and Sales and Account decks
- Translate product strategy into clear workflows, intake requirements, and execution playbooks
- Define roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and handoffs across internal teams and external partners
- Own cross-functional launch readiness for new products and major enhancements, including checklists, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
- Serve as the point of accountability for confirming products are ready to sell, execute, and support
- Lead operational alignment with vendors and platform partners: define requirements, confirm readiness before launch, document specs, SLAs, and escalation paths, and support onboarding, QA, and ongoing performance review
- Partner with Technology and SDS teams by defining operational requirements and real-world use cases, and supporting UAT and launch readiness
- Partner with the POC Solutions team to deliver training for Sales, internal teams, and key stakeholders
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, requirements docs, and product playbooks as products, vendors, and regulations evolve
- Hand off ongoing management to each team's functional leaders once products are live
- Monitor adoption, execution quality, and operational performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Implementation, Marketing Operations, or Ad Operations
- Proven experience designing and documenting processes, and implementing them in a prior role
- Experience managing third-party vendors and partner relationships
- Experience building and directing cross-functional teams
- Experience managing pilot projects
- Strong process design, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to operationalize products with both internal and external partners
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity without direct authority
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
Big Pluses
- Experience with EHR, healthcare advertising, ad tech, or other regulated digital products
- Agency or pharma experience
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools
- Experience working with Legal, Procurement, and Technology teams on vendor onboarding
This role can be fully remote. If you live within 40 miles of a Relevate Health office (Cincinnati, or New Jersey), the role is hybrid. Travel is not regular, but you may join the team in person a few times a year for team meetings.
