Job Summary:

Project Coordinators at Relevate Health play a vital role in ensuring project success by supporting timelines and budgets. They collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Leads, and agency teams to execute projects effectively. The role involves acquiring healthcare industry knowledge and mastering company processes, along with exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, boasting excellent organizational skills and a can-do attitude. 

                                      

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Learn Relevate's products and our delivery processes to better contribute to project success. 
  • Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including the development of project plans. 
  • Support day-to-day project operations to maintain project timelines and budgets. 
  • Collaborate in resource scheduling to ensure team members have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently. 
  • Execute various project management administrative tasks promptly and with precision. 
  • Prepare and distribute clear and timely agendas for internal meetings and follow up with detailed meeting notes to ensure efficient communication within the team. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of project timelines and budgets. 
  • Monitor project progress and generate project status reports for Project Managers and stakeholders as required. 
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including account, strategy, market intelligence, and design teams. 
  • Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their completion to move work through our systems efficiently. 
  • Work with internal teams to deliver products using both agile and waterfall methodologies. 
  • Plan sprints and ensure accurate forecasted milestone dates. 
  • Route work to internal and external resources, including writers and editors. 
  • Cultivate a culture of perpetual learning. 
  • Actively seek opportunities to optimize processes and develop new ones. 
  • Contribute to the growth and improvement of the department and the agency as a whole.

  • Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, Jira® or other tools as required

Education / Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management 
  • Agency, marketing experience preferred 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
  • Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
  • Travel may apply based on position
  • Hours may vary based on position and location of client
