Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at Relevate Health, you will be at the forefront of ensuring project success by overseeing timelines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Account Leads, and agency teams, to execute healthcare advertising projects effectively. This role requires an understanding of the healthcare industry, mastery of company processes, unwavering attention to detail, adept multitasking, and a proactive approach. We are seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, possess outstanding organizational skills, and embrace a can-do attitude. 

                                      

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Learn Relevate's products and delivery processes to enhance project contributions. 
  • Be accountable for the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, day-to-day operations, budget management, and timeline adherence. 
  • Work with internal teams to deliver products using both agile and waterfall methodologies. 
  • Plan sprints and ensure accurate forecasted milestone dates. 
  • Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their timely completion to streamline workflow. 
  • Collaborate daily with multifunctional teams, encompassing account, strategy, market intelligence, technology, and creative departments. 
  • Lead internal status meetings and assist with external status meetings, capturing comprehensive notes, assigning action items, and ensuring timely follow-up. 
  • Collaborate in resource scheduling to ensure efficient team resource allocation. 
  • Prevent scope creep and ensure projects stay within the defined scope of work. 
  • Effectively communicate issues, bug reports, and change orders to leadership. 
  • Document lessons learned, update best practices, and share valuable insights with internal teams. 
  • Embrace a culture of perpetual learning, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes, develop new ones, and contribute to department and agency growth. 
  • Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, Jira® or other tools as required 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of different project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and best practices for email automation campaign, print, and digital 
  • Accountable for driving projects to be on time and within budget 
  • Knowledge and experience with the pharmaceutical submission and approval process 
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and budgets in a fast-paced agency 
  • Possess a foundational understanding of digital marketing and project management principles, using this knowledge to provide valuable support to projects and the team. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, facilitating effective team collaboration and project progress tracking. 
  • Exhibit a results-oriented and self-motivated approach to tasks, with a strong drive to meet project goals and deadlines. 
  • Show resilience in the face of challenges and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities. 
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables. 
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to tasks, demonstrating reliability and high energy levels. 
  • Display respect for teammates through punctual attendance, clear communication, and a willingness to share the workload when necessary. 
  • Excel in time management and organization, efficiently managing tasks and resources to streamline project processes.

Education / Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a variety of digital and print products  
  • Pharmaceutical marketing or agency experience required 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
  • Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
  • Travel may apply based on position
  • Hours may vary based on position and location of client
