Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Relevate Health, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, account, medical, and sales, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance within the provided budget, ensuring that campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy, and collaborating with analytics and reporting teams to generate performance reports and marketing insights. With 4+ years of campaign management experience and proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, you will be a key driver of our marketing success.
Duties / Responsibilities
• End-to-End Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, ensuring that they meet defined goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of campaign execution, targeting, activation, and performance tracking.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with creative, account, medical, and sales teams to facilitate content creation, ensuring that campaign materials are engaging and aligned with the campaign's objectives.
• Foster productive collaboration among teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
• Reporting and Insights:
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to generate performance reports and marketing insights.
• Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and make informed decisions.
Skills / Qualifications:
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering results.
Education / Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in campaign management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
