Job Summary: 
We are currently seeking a talented and professional Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. This role will manage all aspects of our Accounts Receivable cycle in line with company processes and policies. This position will be supported by an AR Specialist and will report to the VP, Controller of RH. 
 
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Admin of various vendor portals including not limited to Bill.com, Ariba, Tungsten, Bill.com and Coupa 
• Owns collection process to optimize DSO  
• Optimize client onboarding/billing process collaborating sales & delivery teams 
• A/R module close process owner 
• Streamline/automate all processes across systems 
• Collaborate with the Asst. Controller on weekly cash flow projections and monthly deferred revenue reconciliation
• Manage client audits as needed 
• Establish viability of any new accounts / credit "worthiness" & liaison with relevant parties. Credit checking based on new accounts/annual review/increasing or reducing limits/terms based on orders/behavior 
• Manages KPIs and Reporting in Power BI 
• Manages claim to credit insurance as needed 
• Proposes A/R reserve when required
• Other ad hoc assistance as needed

• Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality 
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player 
 
Education / Experience: 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline preferred but not required  
• Successful work experience in an accounts receivable or general accounting role 
• Strong understanding of general accounting procedures 
• Working knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as ERP, D&B, Credit insurance partners) 
 
Working Conditions:
• Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Cincinnati, New Jersey) 
• Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
