Operations Specialist, Workfront System Admin 

 

Relevate Health is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist, Workfront System Admin to join our growing agency. The ideal candidate must have experience as an Adobe Workfront System Admin and will be able to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate project timelines and effective short-term and long-term capacity planning. In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, an excellent communicator, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

·        Work with Project Managers to confirm project timelines are up to date to provide accurate data for short-term task assignments, month-end revenue recognition, and long-term forecasting

·        Meet with Department heads to ensure all tasks are assigned to the appropriate team members.Identify and help to solve bottlenecks in the short-term and long-term capacity planning based on project forecasts

·        Review and update project fields in Workfront to meet reporting requirements

·        Maintain and help to develop standard operating procedures for key processes related to Workfront usage and operations management

·        Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions across the organization

·        Provide operational support to department heads such as process development and improvement

·        Discover new ways to automate processes including use of AI

·        Develop new timelines and templates to assist in operationalizing new products and features

·        Willingness to learn Workfront as a Sys Admin to support VP, Operations and Finance with system maintenance, updates, and general Workfront support requests

·        Assist in resource planning using WorkFront as our project management tool

 

Skills / Qualifications:

·        Hands-on experience in Workfront as a System Admin (Required)

·        Experience generating reports using Workfront using both standard Report Builder and Text mode

·        5+ years of experience in either a Project Management or Operations role in a Healthcare Agency

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

 

Relevate Health operates on a hybrid model. Roles are classified as partially remote based on an employee’s distance from a Relevate Health office. Employees within a commutable distance to one of our offices may be required to work in-office on a regular basis, while employees outside a commutable range may be eligible for a fully remote arrangement. Specific in-office requirements will be discussed during the hiring process and are subject to business needs.
